Kodak Bantam f/6.3
The earlier model, shown above, with the rigid viewfinder, has a smaller aperture available on a pull-up control, the later model, below, with the flip-up optical viewfinder, has a sliding control marked 6.3 and 11. The shutter lever, just seen to the right of the lens panel, retracts when the camera is closed. The shape and design of the Bakelite body is very reminiscent of the Jiffy Kodak VP. The early model was manufacturing between 1935-37 and the late model between 1938-47.name | : Kodak Bantam f/6.3 | produced between | : 1935 - 1947 | lens | : Anastigmat f/6.3 53mm | shutter | : Single Speed | film type | : 828 | picture size | : 28 x 40 mm | original list price (USD) | : 9.75 - 59/6 | categories | : 828, folding |
