Kodak Bantam f/4.5
Although similar in shape and size to the f/6.3 model, this camera differs in almost every detail. The metal body is fitted with both a folding viewfinder and a body release for the four speed shutter. The lens on this camera focusses down to 2.5 ft and the aperture is fully adjustable, though I have been notified of another camera that only focusses to 4.5ft, presumably an early example, for which a close-up lens was available. A tripod bush is fitted in the base of the camera, and there is a little button adjacent to the film-wind knob to facilitate film advance without reference to the frame number window.name | : Kodak Bantam f/4.5 | produced between | : 1938 - 1948 | lens | : Anastigmat Special f/4.5 47mm | shutter | : T, B, 1/25-1/200 | film type | : 828 | picture size | : 28 x 40 mm | original list price (USD) | : 27.50 / GBP 8.00 | categories | : 828, folding |
