Kodak Retinette 1A (035)

One of a range of similar cameras that ran from the mid '50s to the late '60s. The model with the 50mm f/3.5 Reomar lens in the Vero shutter, above, was sold in the UK between 1959-61. Shown at th ebottom is a detail of a camera assembled by Kodak-Pathé in France, known as the 'Type 035/7', with a f/2.8 50mm Angénieux Kodak Anastigmat in a Kodak shutter, also detail of another variant with a Reomar lens in a Pronto shutter, below. These cameras were produced between 1959-1960 and from 1959 to 1961 in France.
